Transformations

Let’s demonstrate the results of the Amazing 12

Below are just a handful of our graduates and their stories. These are everyday people with families, jobs and busy lives. But, the three day commitment of the Amazing 12 did not get in the way of success.

Meet Amazing 12 Graduate Melinda

Melinda is a perfect example of the modern woman with a busy lifestyle, a loving mother, partner and heavily preoccupied with her career.

This never got in her way. Melinda turned up, did the training, planned her food, asked questions when in doubt and totally embraced what was asked of her – dedication to herself, to her new lifestyle and learning how to appreciate eating more healthier.

Melinda is a perfect client and student to teach and to have around the gym.

All niceties aside, Melinda also got real frickin strong and lost 7kg! Melinda tested her squat before the program started to find her 5 rep max. By week 8 Melinda took her 5 rep max to a 15 rep max. By the end of 12 weeks Melinda was squatting 36% more weight than her 5 rep max…. but for 30 repetitions, not 5!!!

The Bench Press was also tested at the start. As an example of the strength progression of the A12, Melinda casually completed 10 sets of 10 repetitions of her previous 1 set max bench press. That’s a huge physical progression.

Meet Amazing 12 Graduate Esti

If ever there was a mother to inspire her daughter, Esti is the boss. A strong, determined woman, on a mission to improve her health, strength and fitness.

Despite an existing hip / lower back issue, Esti powered through the A12 program… she even got a bee sting on her hand disrupting a session!

Dedication to the program, to following the nutrition guidelines, to asking for guidance… Esti was the perfect student and client.

Let me remind you, the A12 Express requires just three sessions per week – 45 minute sessions – simple nutrition – awesome results guaranteed.

Meet Amazing 12 Graduate Viv

Beyond the physique transformation, gaining essential muscle, strength and physical performance is a huge PLUS of the Amazing 12. This wonderful client completed the A12 Express, never missing a session. She started the A12 as an experienced trainee, having spent years training with kettlebells and calisthenics. She dropped 10cm from her waist and hips during the A12 and gained some lovely muscles in her upper back and arms.

By the end of the Express, she dominated her 5 rep max Squat and added 75% over the 12 weeks, Oh, but she accomplished 30 reps with the new weight not just 5! WOW…

Her Bench Press 10 rep max leaped by 71% but even more impressively, on the final week she was able to perform 10 sets of 10  with her starting 10 rep max – clearly it isn’t her max anymore!

Not to leave out fitness, she also started the cardiovascular training with commitment to every single session, even though it was tough to start with. No one likes getting out of breath. However, by the end, in fact well before the end, she was completing longer sessions, finishing and then getting straight on with tidying up her training station – no huffing and puffing required.

A massive congratulations goes out to this very special and humbly anonymous lady who is planning on running through the Amazing 12 again very soon.

Meet Amazing 12 Graduate Bash

Bashier the ‘Beast and tamer of the heaviest deadball in the gym’

Listen up Dads, don’t let social media tell you what a dad-bod is. Check out Bashier to see what a dad-bod should look like.

Bashier is a former Amazing 12 graduate who signed up again not for fat loss (he previously lost 7kg on the program) but for performance.

As a cyclist he craves more power, endurance, work capacity and strength to overcome any mountain, competitors, snakes in the bush and recovery.

Bashier recognised the potential for the A12 to deliver all of these to support his on-the-bike training.

‘I love the program. I used to get a sore neck, shoulder or lower back after riding my bike. Now I just feel more powerful, strong and healthy. I was doing 35 minute repeat hill climbs at 300W and I was just so capable and finished strong and recovered quickly. I’m not sure how the program works but it’s great. Thank you.’

Training stats

Squat: Bash finished the last A12 with a max of 72.5kg over 2×15 reps. He just so happened to start the new program with a 5 rep max of 77.5kg. By week 12, despite a covid week off, he was squatting 85kg for 30 reps – BOOM!

Bench press: Look, Bashier is a cyclist, he doesn’t need a strong chest – says no-one in our gym! Bashier tested his 10 rep max at the start with 40kg. Not bad at all. By week 12 we was pumping this same weight out for 63 reps! Hope he doesn’t break his handlebars!!!!

Bashier is now moving onto a similar concept program to continue to increase his work capacity to help his cycling and I can’t wait to see his progress.

Meet Amazing 12 Graduate Jamie

Well, this is awkward. The first graduate of the Amazing 12 was myself, back when I ran business in Brisbane before moving back to Ireland. I had to run myself through the program to find the real potential of the plan. It did not disappoint. I knew I had a few kg to lose, but didn’t know I would drop 11kg!

I started with a back and hip niggle and a shoulder that had been abused for too long. But, the smart programming of the A12 has everyone starting well within their personal comfort zone. The comfort stretching design of the plan had the weights grow slowly over the 12 weeks and whilst they got heavier, not once was the loading overwhelming.

Once completed, I took a week for the fake tan to wear off haha then I restarted the plan again … and got stronger than I thought I would at my age (49 at that time).
